To make the return of your tickets online, just follow the procedure below. This operation can be done only by the holder of the credit card with which the bus tickets were paid.

Bus tickets bought by phone

All bus ticket purchase transactions made by telephone, can be returned through our advisors in our call center only.

The retentions vary depending on the number of hours prior to the departure of the bus with which they are requested.

If the purchase was made by credit card, the amounts will be credited to the same card used during the purchase.

Tickets purchased from agencies

If you bought the ticket in an agency, you must go to the same one where you made the purchase. You can consult the list of agencies here.
