Return my bus tickets
Tickets purchased online, may be returned ONLY by the same means and paying the penalties provided that you can read in the legal terms described here
Companies that sell tickets in advance, must return 85% of their value when the corresponding ticket is canceled up to 4 hours before the departure time of the bus (DS 212/92). In the case of companies that provide international services, this period will be up to 72 hours (DS 163/84). Unconfirmed tickets will be valid for 30 days from the date of sale.
